Personality
The Kyrgyz have been described as a "family of artists", similarly, Adilet is a creative girl. This is manifested in her people as well, with their unique dwellings known as the Yurt, or boz-ui, and inside of these are found beautiful rugs called shirdaks, as even more evidence of creativity and the arts among the people. In addition to this, adding onto the creativity and arts practiced in Kyrgyzstan, Adilet, along with her people, love oral tradition, which included several epics about mythical warriors, including Manas, Jayin-Bayis, Kurmanbek, and Er Tabildi.
Adilet is an independent woman, she can take care of herself. Historically, women had a fair amount of equality with men in the Kyrgyz culture. Soviet policies maintained this equality, providing women with jobs outside the home and a role in politics. Today women still work outside of the home, primarily in education and agriculture. This is also why she has a strong but lithe appearance. As well as in the classroom, within the household women are often the seat of power, making everyday decisions about running the household. Adilet is good at making decisions for the good of herself and others.
Her pride can become a problem in this instance, as her deep-rooted pride in herself can sometimes lead her to rash and not so good decisions, frustrating her and causing her to clumsily retrace her steps which can be equally bad. Let's just say that pride is not her friend in some cases.
One of the most important element in etiquette is respect. Adilet commonly gives verbal respect by using polite pronoun and endings, and by using the titles eje (older sister) and baikay or aga (older brother). People in Kyrgyzstan always use these polite forms, even with close friends and relatives.
She tends to be rather biased on certain issues, as stated above she is independent and prideful, and at times is stubborn as a bull. She refuses to budge from her opinion. She can be swayed, but it will take a lot of work.

Appearance
Adilet is a rather tall woman, standing at five seven. She is slender and lithe, but not muscular except for her arms, which were strengthened from doing hard work with her arms. Her mountains make her eyes gray, and the climate which is influenced by them make her dark brown hair a tad bit wild. Her beauty mark off to the left side of her face, a bit above her lips represents the peaks of Tian Shan, while the one below it, a little further away, represents the tallest peak itself, Jengish Chokusu.
She wears a gold ring for her sizable gold deposits. Her hair is long, reaching her behind and is braided in the traditional twin braids. She is often seen in her traditional costume [ this ] which is compused of a white blouse and skirt, over which is worn a red vest adorned with gold curl designs and faux red beads.

    People's Republic of China - In 1996, relations between Kyrgyzstan and China where rather rocky, but the two have slowly but steadily worked onto friendly ground with each other.

    Kazakhstan - Kazakh-Kyrgyz relations are very strong, always have been and Kyrgyz and Kazakh are very close in terms of language, culture and religion. Kyrgyz-Kazakh relationships have always been friendly and economic and other formal unifications of two countries have been greeted with strong appreciation since the two nations have a lot in common.

    Tajikstan - To be frank, relations with Tajikstan are rather tense. Refugees and antigovernment fighters in Tajikistan have crossed into Kyrgyzstan several times, even taking hostages

    India - Historically, India has had close ties with most of Central Asia, especially countries of the silk road, which includes Kyrgyzstan. Even under the Soviet Union, India and the Kyrgyzia Republic had some economic, political, and even cultural ties. When Kyrgyzstan declared independence in 1991, India was one of the first countries to establish diplomatic relations with the newly formed republic, which started in 1992.
                Political ties between the two have been warm and friendly. Kyrgyzstan stands by India on it's stance on Kashmir, and welcome the ongoing peace process. Kyrgyzstan also has supported India's seat in the United Nations Security Council and it's seat in the Shanghi Cooperation Organization. Both countries have expressed concern over terrorism, extremism, and drug trafficking.
